Managing a storage account

By clicking on a storage account entry on the Storage accounts tab you can adjust some of its settings. Here is what you can do:

  1. Rename the storage account (change the Company name). Each storage account user must be associated with a company. A single company may have multiple storage account users. Simply change the Company field and click "Save".

  2. Adjust storage allocation. You can allocate any amount from 0 TB, which defaults the partner to a Pay-per-use plan, up to the total available in the selected contract minus already allocated to other storage accounts. Changes to storage allocation are immediate and can be adjusted at any time.

    Use the slider or enter the new storage allocation manually and click Save to apply the changes.

  3. Set new password. Simply click "Set new password", enter the new password and click Save.
