# Manage Partner's Management Console Users

Open the [Partners tab](https://partner.impossiblecloud.com/), navigate to a partner you'd like to update in the partners list table and click on that line of the table. It will open the detailed view of that partner, the "**Management console users**" section.

Here is how you can manage that partner's management console users:

1. **Add** management console User. Use the '**Add management console user**' button. [Assign a role](/partner-portal-help/management-console-guide/getting-started/assigning-user-roles.md), configure name, email and password and click "+Add".
2. **Update** a management console user. Click on the existing user to open the user's details. Here you can change the users' name, role and password. Click **Update** to save the new user information.
3. **Delete** a management console user. Click on the existing user to open the user's details and click **Delete**.

{% hint style="info" %}
The Partner's management console users created here are management console users that belong to a particular partner. They will be able to manage/view (depending on the [role](/partner-portal-help/management-console-guide/getting-started/assigning-user-roles.md)) only that partner and that same partner's users.
{% endhint %}

Switch to the "[Storage allocation](/partner-portal-help/management-console-guide/using-icmc-as-a-distributor/partners/managing-a-partner/change-storage-allocation.md)" tab to update the storage for the partner.

Switch to the "[Usage](/partner-portal-help/management-console-guide/using-icmc-as-a-distributor/partners/managing-a-partner/view-and-export-usage-reports.md)" tab to view and export storage usage reports.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.impossiblecloud.com/partner-portal-help/management-console-guide/using-icmc-as-a-distributor/partners/managing-a-partner/manage-partners-management-console-users.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
